By accessing or using Web Jury, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or circumvent rate limits.
Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine assessment. You may not submit fake, misleading, or AI-generated reviews. Coordinated review campaigns, vote brigading, or any form of rating manipulation is prohibited. Reviews must not contain hate speech, threats, harassment, or illegal content. You must disclose any material conflicts of interest in your reviews.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Web Jury. By submitting reviews, you grant Web Jury a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your reviews as part of the platform, including in aggregate trust scores and metrics.
You may not use automated tools to submit reviews or manipulate ratings. You may not impersonate other users or entities. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the platform's systems. You may not use Web Jury for any purpose that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove reviews, suspend accounts, or take other action against users who violate these terms. Our anti-gaming systems may automatically flag or adjust reviews suspected of manipulation. Decisions are made based on our published methodology and community guidelines.
Web Jury is a platform for user-generated content and is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We do not create, endorse, or verify user-submitted reviews and ratings. As a provider of an interactive computer service, Web Jury is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by users. No action taken by Web Jury in good faith to restrict access to or availability of objectionable material shall be held to create liability for the platform.
As an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Web Jury follows due diligence as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Web Jury does not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or select or modify the information contained in the transmission. Users acknowledge that Web Jury acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for any third-party information, data, or communication link hosted or published on the platform.
Web Jury will vigorously defend against SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) actions. Reviews and ratings posted on Web Jury constitute protected speech and opinion under applicable anti-SLAPP statutes. Any party who files a meritless lawsuit intended to silence or intimidate reviewers may be subject to sanctions, attorney's fees, and costs as provided by law. Web Jury may assist users in their defense against such actions where appropriate.
Web Jury respects the intellectual property rights of others. For copyright infringement claims, submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@web-jury.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (c) your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notifications may be filed in accordance with the DMCA. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Trust scores, bias ratings, and accuracy ratings are crowd-sourced opinions, not statements of fact. Web Jury makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content. Aggregate scores and labels (including but not limited to bias labels, accuracy labels, originality assessments, and trust scores) are algorithmically derived from community input and should not be interpreted as objective determinations. Users and third parties relying on Web Jury data do so at their own risk.
Web Jury provides a platform for community-generated reviews and ratings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review or aggregate score. Trust scores, bias ratings, and accuracy metrics are community-generated assessments and should not be treated as definitive judgments. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Web Jury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any review content posted by users.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Web Jury after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
