Public changelog · Updated as we shipv3.0
- Internet Standing now rates people: creators, journalists, commentators and public figures, one record each across every platform. Outlets keep their records, second, with a lean line and accuracy
- The Standing: the trust-weighted star average shown from 0 to 100, in four bands (High, Good, Mixed and Low standing). The API sends standing and standingBand beside overallScore
- Controversies on every record: raised by the public, marked credible or doubtful by established accounts, with a place for the subject to answer
- The Docket is now the Register, the juror page is now your weight as a rater (/weight), and /rate is File a rating
- The bias meter, bias map, bias quiz, comparison pages, educators page, polls and open-data page are retired; each old address redirects to its successor
v2.1
- Linked accounts: one record for a creator across YouTube, Instagram, X and the rest
- Traits on people’s records: Funny, Originality and Cringe, each published once five signed-in raters have answered
- Search finds people who are not on the record yet, and lists every account a creator has
v2.0
- Renamed to Internet Standing, with a new mark and every page redesigned
- One publication rule on every page — records, badges, embeds and blog tables: no score, stamp, bias placement or accuracy until an account has 20 ratings
- A record frozen by the brigading check says so wherever it appears
- Everything is free while in beta; creator and newsroom plans are planned and nothing is on sale
- The badge builder draws its preview from the live record and hands out the working embed
v1.6
- A new rating waits 36 hours before it moves a published record
- Anonymous votes from any one day can add at most a quarter of a record’s established weight
- Rate without an account: a one-tap strip on every record
- The site and the extension share one definition of when a score may be published
- A grievance route for disputing any record or rating, with published response deadlines
